Very Good. Blue/teal cloth hardcover, no dust jacket, first printing (1961), Portland Cement Association. Boards show light wear at the corners and spine edges; gilt lettering on the cover and spine remains intact and legible. A personal ownership stamp (Stanley V. Carlson, Consulting Engineer, Portland, Oregon) appears on the front endpaper, with some minor soiling on the endpapers. Interior pages are clean with no highlighting or heavy annotations, showing only slight age-toning consistent with a 1961 publication. Binding is tight and intact. A solid copy overall.

For 15 years I've been an Oregon CPA, and for 10 of those I taught tax and accounting at the college level.
