His area of expertise is research and clinical work with Black males and the treatment of race based stress and trauma, and he was selected as one of Louisville’s top 40 under 40 for 2020.

Kenneth J. Linfield, PhD, is a Professor Emeritus at Spalding University, Louisville, Kentucky, where he has taught the Program Evaluation course in the doctoral program for the past 13 years.
