JAY R. GALBRAITH is professor emeritus at the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is also senior research scientist at the Center for Effective Organizations at the University of Southern California. Shipping terms
Books are shipped 1-2 business days following receipt of payment.
Shipping is via USPS Media Mail which takes 4-14 business days for delivery. Buyer pays a standard shipping rate of $3.49 for books and $2.49 for CDs. If a book requires extra shipping, buyer will be notified before sale is finalized.
