Developing Community Nursing Practice

Exploring how community nurses can develop practice for the benefits of their patients in the context of the UK National Health Service, seven chapters offer advice that aims to dovetail theory and practice. The policy context of community nursing and the underpinning of the development of practice serve as opening forays into the topic, while later chapters examine issues of risk, the role of education, forms of power, and approaches to service delivery.
