Phil Cloud is a technical writer with over 43 years of industrial experience. He has written 25 technical and standard operating procedure manuals and many magazine and journal articles. He is also the author of four other books in the area of procedure and qualification protocol writing. He has also worked as Configuration Management Manager, Engineering Documentation Manager, and Drafting Manager, as well as positions in design, drafting, tool design, software quality engineering and engineering analysis.
