Kaliym is vice-president of MetroSet, a consortium dedicated to technology education and a member of the advisory board of the Chief Learning Officer Institute.
Kaliym is a featured contributing writer to LTI NewsLine and has published a number of articles. He has been a keynote presenter on the subject of the application of business approaches to training development at a number of industry conferences. A former educator in the New York City public schools, Kaliym has been the recipient of the Gift of Time Award, as well as the Horace E. Green Award.
