As an emerging strategic industry in China, the information resource industry (IRI) has had and will continue to have a growing impact on economic and social development. Feng Huiling is Professor of the School of Information Resource Management at Renmin University of China and specializes in information resource management, archival science, electronic document management, and digital memory.

Zhao Guojun is Professor of the School of Information Resource Management at Renmin University of China and specializes in e-government affairs and information resource industry policies.

Qian Minghui is Associate Professor of the School of Information Resource Management at Renmin University of China and specializes in information resource industry and management.
