Development and Management of Regulatory Oversight for Operation of a First Nuclear Power Plant (IAEA TECDOC Series)

This TECDOC serves to provide useful information to regulatory bodies to help to ensure efficient and effective regulation for operation of the first NPP by taking into account international safety standards and nuclear security guidance, national framework for safety and security, and experience feedback of construction and commissioning oversight. The consideration of nuclear safeguards is an important aspect to consider during the management of regulatory oversight for the operation of the first NPP.
