The County of Cornwall would have been subject to these planning regulations. This book is a report of a survey by the County Council of Cornwall used to comply with this act; number of pages: 289 and 302. Both in acceptable condition. Blue boards are a little discoloured, sunned and lightly marked. Internally the pages are clean and bright though endpapers are browning and have 'Trenance & District Women's Institute' written in ink on ffeps.
