Development of RP-HPLC method for simultaneous estimation of two drugs: Simple and reproducible quantitative analysis

Analysis is important in every product but it is vital in medicines as it saves life. The assurance of quality is achieved through analysis of the drug product. Nowadays, the pharmaceutical dosage forms of combinational drugs are very much useful in multiple therapies, rather than the use of single drug formulation due to multiple action, fewer side effects and quicker relief. Thus, manufacturers market multiple formulations containing several drugs with similar chemical behavior.
