User can manipulate or perform different functions on fasta sequences of all those genes available in catalog like domain identification in different genes or finding homologous sequences etc. This tool will be essential for scientist working on plants especially on rice and for those new to the field , as well as experienced researchers. This book also give deep insight into methodology of how to develop any kind of tool in Adobe Flex. Write up of this book and development of this tool was completed with the help of my co-worker Rana Rehan Khalid who is a student of Master in Bioinfomratics at Government College University Faisalabad, Pakistan.

About the Author

Muhammad Ali was born in Gujranwala, Pakistan in 1989; he came to University of Saarland in 2011 for doing master in Bioinformatics after nearly eighteen years of initial education at his homeland. He accomplished his bachelor degree from GC university, Faisalabad, Pakistan. He is a Bioinformatics fanatic and loves sharing his knowledge with others
