Tall hardback, 12.5 x 10 inches. In dark maroon full morocco leather binding, with gilt lettering and crest to front. Bevelled boards, full gilt page edges. Marbled endpapers. In very good condition. Some minor handling marks to cover, some rubbing to corners and spine ends, some faint staining to rear. Corners bumped. W. Mate & Sons label to front endpaper stamped ?Copy No. 359.? Cloth reinforced inner hinges. Some minor marks to blank prelims. Some occasional minor handling marks else pages all very clean and tight throughout. 224pp. Illustrated with many B&W photographs.
