Devoted To Dogs has won multiple Best Newspaper Column Maxwell Awards from the Dog Writer s Association of America. Ms. Ferrell was the first recipient of the American Kennel Club s Responsible Dog Ownership Public Service writing award. Her dog photography has appeared in many dog magazines and pet education publications. Sarah is a member of the Dog Writer s Association of America (DWAA), the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT), the National Association of Dog Obedience Instructors (NADOI), and is a Governor on the Board of the English Springer Spaniel Field Trial Association (ESSFTA).
