Thomas W. Donner, MD, is an associate professor of medicine at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and the director of the Johns Hopkins Comprehensive Diabetes Center.
Michael W. Quartuccio, MD, is an adjunct assistant professor of medicine at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and a clinical endocrinologist in the Rochester Regional Health System.
