Synopsis

You CANNOT cure type 2 until you know the cause. There is no book presently in print which publishes the correct cause except: The fungus link to diabetes by Doug A Kaufman (2003). He postulated that fungus was linked to Diabetes, either causally or non causally. but did not prove it either way.

It describes the path taken by researchers Gordon Ritchie and Brian Bain, to find this cause and to find a cure. It publishes a medication free antifungal diet and exercise regime that does NOT merely reverse type 2 it completely cures it and returns your metabolism to the status quo ante enabling you to become a carb eating couch potato once again if you so desire (not recommended).
