Dialogue with Diary : A Collection of Poems

In a world filled with meandering words, poetry is the balm that soothes hearts. Jayashree Naidu’s poetry is a fine example of such soothing wordy images. Her book, Dialogue with Diary is a collection of poems spanning over a decade’s journey with emotions. It is a perfect read for a fragrant spread of alphabet across the pages. Her poetry bestows an unusual grip over what the poet comprehends.

Though her poems contain a logical dialogue, she also shows that a “word is born dressed in emotion.” A diary carries life framed in words. In our dialogue with her diary, she wants her poems to open the hearts of her readers and bring their minds to rest. So set a date with yourself, at your living place or while travelling, or on a relaxed evening; this book is sure to leave you in a tangle of compassion, consolation and self-revelation.
