About the Author

Charmaine Powellis a 42-year-old native of Miami Florida. Relocated to Orlando, FL in 2013. Sheserved as an Evangelist from 2002-2015. God then called her to start anoutreach ministry. Greater Deliverance Outreach Ministries, Inc., which hasbeen established since 2014. She was elevated to the office of Prophetess bythe direction of the Holy Ghost in 2015. She has overcome a life of sexualabuse, depression, suicidal, fornication, low self-esteem, bitterness,rejection and brokenness. God also gave her a women's ministry, Arise DaughtersKingdom Network. It deals with hurting and broken women who need healing,deliverance and guidance in their spiritual walk with Christ. ProphetessCharmaine is also a writer/author since her childhood. She currently has threepublished books. She helps other people to write and publish their books. It isnot just a business to her, it is ministry. January 2, 2019, God gave her thevision of Diamonds in the Rough, where every woman shines.
It started as a book project to give other womena platform to become a published author andtell their powerful testimonies. But the vision is much greater than that. Itis designed to minster to the broken women through healing retreats, mentorship,support groups and leadership training.
