Published by Ashmolean Museum Oxford in 1927, here is the first softback printing of THE DIARY AND WILL OF ELIAS ASHMOLE, edited and extended from the original manuscripts by R.T.Gunther (Old Ashmolean Reprints II). 183 pages, yellow card covers, beige wraps, the book is in fair condition with the wraps being badly stained and torn at the spine which is partially exposed and some staining to the outside page edges. This little gem was sourced from the home of a pipe smoker and so may retain a slightly smoky aroma which can be easily removed. A rare book. Seller Inventory # 9837
