London: G Bell & Sons Ltd, 1971. Book. Very Good. Green Cloth Boards. Reprint. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Second volume of a new and complete transcription of Samuel Pepys' Diary. 267pp with glossary, illustrated with black and white photograph to frontis and fold-out view of London in 1647 to rear. Gilt design to top board. Gilt lettering on red title label to spine, top edges tinted. Slight bumping to top of spine and faint mark to top board, otherwise very good copy with no inscriptions. DJ is price clipped with minor edgewear, otherwise very good in clear protective cover.
