About the Author

Mary Saltus, Karen Moore, Diane Neison, Marcia Fitzgerald, and Chet Delani met while teaching at the Josiah Haynes Elementary School in Sudbury, Massachusetts. They continue to work together as staff developers in public school districts throughout New England. The authors currently use dice activities as part of their curriculum to train elementary grade teachers in how to teach mathematics.
