Slipcase very nice, cloth a little dusty, light shelf wear on the bottom, chip on the rear panel label, all joints firm. INCLUDES "The Genesis of Johnson's Dictionary and The Lexicographic Achievement of Johnson" by J. D. Fleeman and Brian O'Kill, stapled booklet, 16 pages, near fine. INCLUDES "THe Plan of a Dictionary of the English Language" by Samuel Johnson (facsimile of 1747 letter), stapled booklet, 34 pages, near fine. Very large set, 17" tall x 11" deep x 6". We guarantee the condition of every book as it's described on the Abebooks web sites. If you're dissatisfied with your purchase (Incorrect Book/Not as Described/Damaged) or if the order hasn't arrived, you're eligible for a refund within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. You must contact us before returning any merchandise. New Jersey residents must add 6.625% sales tax to the purchase price.
Shipping terms
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG mailed USPS Media Mail. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
International shipping charges are based on a book that will fit into a USPS flat-rate envelope. We will still refund for damaged or incorrect books, but only if it is returned to us.
