All edges marbled. Moderate wear, leather is drying but remains supple. Marbled endpapers. Minor foxing throughout. Tight binding. Very good. 1822 London edition of Johnson's famous dictionary first published in 1755. This set bound in three volumes with a half title page (not found in first two volumes) bound in front of the third volume with manuscript in pen altering Vol. II to Vol. III. Seller Inventory # 218
