Terms of Sale

If not satisfied, contact us immediately. Returns are accepted within 14 days, as long as it is returned in the same condition and is packed and shipped correctly. The customer has to pay for the cost of returning. The customer will be refunded after we have received the book, leaving out the outlay for shipping.

Orders usually ship within 2-5 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. Insurance and/or registered mail on request.
