DIET ANALYSIS PLUS is the market-leading diet assessment program used by colleges and universities that allows students to create their own personal profiles based on height, weight, age, sex, and activity level. Its new dynamic interface makes it easy for students to track the types and serving sizes of the foods they consume, from one day to 365 days! Now including even more exciting features, the updated 7.0 version includes a 10,000 food database, nine reports for analysis, a new food recipe feature, the latest Dietary References, and goals and actual percentages of essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. Students can use this information to adjust their diet and gain a better understanding of how nutrition relates to their personal health goals. Thoroughly revised and updated, the software is available online or on a new Windows/Mac compatible CD-ROM. Both versions continue to provide practical and instructive features with a comprehensive database, making it a favorite among professors and students alike. Available to be sold stand alone or bundled with any Wadsworth text for a substantial cost savings, this is a must-have for anyone interested and/or needing to analyze their diet.
