It includes hints for promoting childhood health, including recipes, and normal growth and development milestones. This one includes the life of a child named Nancy Jane Anderson born in 1926 in Connecticut. The mother carefully recorded both the child s doctor visits and the milestones in the child s life through her high school years and into her acceptance at the University of New Hampshire in 1945. At the age of 12 Nancy Jane was bitten by a dog while riding her bicycle and the book records her anti-rabies vaccinations.
