About the Author
Executive coach, entrepreneur, author, and visionary in the arena of leadership development, Dr. Larry Little has been engaged in counseling and leadership coaching for over 20 years.
Dr. Little's philosophy on leadership is rooted in the power of relationships and meeting people where they are. As a seasoned business professional who understands the importance of results-oriented leadership, he gears his approach towards challenging people to lead at a higher level, starting with leading themselves well.
