BT Mbatha, PhD, has served the information profession in several capacities since 1998. Among them as a researcher, lecturer, senior administrative officer & a member of SACOMM & LIASA. His research and teaching interests and where he has extensively published include, Social Informatics, HIV/AIDS, ODL, & E-commerce.
