A very good hardcover copy. No markings. Caltech Bookstore sticker on the back cover. One problem: the Introduction was omitted by the publisher and not bound in but is present in the form of a photocopy laid in. (In its place the publisher bound in a second copy of the Appendix upside down. The Appendix is also in its proper place at the back.).
