Exodus: A Distortion of Truth is a detailed refutation of Leon Uris' historical novel, Exodus, which was a sympathetic portrayal of the establishment of Israel that painted Palestinians and Arabs in general as "treacherous, cruel, ignorant, filthy and completely immoral" (p. 2).
