About this title

Synopsis

Finally, we may have some answers to some of life's toughest questions. Dr. Darryl Claybon's new book: Digging in a Gold Mine with a Diamond Shovel is a new explosive model for Leadership. He describes twenty-first century leadership as: The ability to place your vision, in the hands of others in such a way, that your vision becomes their vision, and their vision becomes yours. Also, Dr. Claybon discusses the centuries’ old existential questions, from a twenty-first century perspective: Why I am here? How did I get here? What is my purpose? Are leaders born, or can leaders be developed? Did I do something so bad, that there is no forgiveness? Can a loser ever win? Managers instruct, Leaders inspire! For centuries, the management model theories have been essentially the same. Managers are expected to be leaders. However, in modern times, the two are not necessarily synonymous. Managers understand the business: inventory, capital, accounting, forecasting, payroll, taxes, etc. Leaders understand the business, but also understand the employees and customers with whom they do business. Is there is a need for a 21st century model of management? How does this model look? How does one manage multigenerational expectations with cutting edge technology? Find the answers you need in Digging in a Gold Mine, with a Diamond Shovel. Hurry and order today! Only a limited amount of copies are left. Available now on Amazon.com and Kindle.
