W. Cole. The original author Censor (Oliver Bell Bruce) wrote this little book to remind rather than to instruct about respectable human behaviour and speech. Some of the topics covered are: At Table, In Dress and Personal Habits, In the Drawing-Room, In Public, In Speech, In General. (No date, but 1946, Trove.).
