Dirty Fan Male: A Life in (Rude) Letters

Dirty Fan Male, the hit Edinburgh show set to tour New York and Australia, is here for the first time -- this collection of genuine letters and the remarkable story of how one man (and his mum) came to run his porn star sister's successful fan club. This is the true story behind the acclaimed stage show which enjoyed terrific reviews at the 2004 Edinburgh Festival. Jonny Trunk describes how he came to run his sister's fan club. A job that brought him into contact with her fan base through their letters. Before long he started to collect the more unusual correspondence that came in. There are obscene letters and lots of them, and absurd ones too. And then there were all the kinky ones. And of course the really really strange ones. He found these letters strangely addictive. He'd never read anything quite like them before in his life. So he collects more and more! Dirty Fan Male offers us a view of pornography we have never seen before, not just from inside the business, but from the point of view and pen of the end user. You will have never read or seen anything quite as odd, disturbing, so totally sad or as hilarious before. The book has been read, but is in excellent condition. Pages are intact and not marred by notes or highlighting. The spine remains undamaged.…
