For millennia, a race of ancient Angels known as the Watchers has walked among humanity, guiding souls toward their destinies and protecting them from their fates. These eternal guardians, never bound by sleep, brought the secrets of civilization to life and helped souls evolve through the cycles of reincarnation, learning and growing with each life. Disappear: Into Shadow follows Azrael, a Watcher and the former Archangel of Death, who finds herself torn between duty and temptation.
