Mai Elsayed is an award-winning 'social impact' artist who studied Mass Communication at the American University of Sharjah. She was curious to understand how the human mind works and why people behave differently to the same stimulus. Therefore, she further expanded her skills by studying clinical hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. Elsayed is especially interested in decoding psychological challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, and eating disorders. She is actively participating in raising mental health awareness and eliminating the stigma by talking about the different aspects of psychological and physical well-being while encouraging people to open up and share their stories.
