Being a disciple of Jesus is a profound commitment, discipling others even more so. One of the greatest challenges facing modern Christians is how to imitate Christ and turn knowledge into wisdom as we walk alongside the people God has placed in our lives. Our increasingly busy schedules compound this challenge. In this book, Lisa takes a practical and scriptural approach to answering those difficult questions. As Mother Teresa is quoted as saying, “If you can’t feed a hundred people, then feed just one.” Through personal testimony, Lisa shares her story of how she was discipled along with lessons she has learned to help ordinary Christians lead the extraordinary lives God created us to lead.

Lisa is the founder and CEO of Crazy8 Ministries in Burleson, Texas. She is an ordained minister of the Gospel and is certified in Biblical counseling. Her own discipleship experience, her love for the Word, and her passion to see people come into the fullness of Jesus Christ has been the catalyst for developing Crazy8 Ministries. God has given her a powerful and effective ministry, which includes biblical counseling, conferences, preaching, discipleship, and a home for women and their children. Her desire is not just to offer spiritual support but to also meet physical and practical needs to those who are in broken circumstances.
