Bound in dark blue cloth with lightly dulled gilt type face on the front board and spine. This copy is the Second Edition printing of 1948. PLEASE NOTE: I noticed 9 pages that have one or more vertical ink pen lines in the page margin. I did not notice any in the text itself. The pages are xxvii, xxviii, 19,21,24-25,29,31, and 34.
