One of an edition of two hundred and fifty copies.In the publisher's original decorative cloth binding.This edition of 'Dissertation upon Typographical Founders and Founderies' is accompanied by a memoir by Richard Gough and John Nichols' notes added in 1779.The work stands as a significant source of history on English typography, written by English antiquarian and scholar Edward Rowe Mores.With a folding genealogical table. In the original decorative cloth binding. Externally, very smart, with fading to the spine and light rubbing and bumping to the extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are generally bright and clean, with light spotting to the first and last couple leaves. Very Good Indeed.
