A Dissertation On The First And Third Abrahamic Covenants: The Covenant Of Horeb And The New Covenant, Their Differential Peculiarities

""A Dissertation On The First And Third Abrahamic Covenants: The Covenant Of Horeb And The New Covenant, Their Differential Peculiarities"" by Jonas Hartzel is an in-depth exploration of the first and third covenants made by God with Abraham, as recorded in the Bible. The first covenant, known as the Covenant of Horeb, was made with the Israelites at Mount Sinai and established the laws and commandments that would govern their relationship with God. The third covenant, known as the New Covenant, was prophesied by Jeremiah and was fulfilled through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Hartzel's work delves into the differences between these two covenants, examining their unique characteristics and how they relate to one another. He explores the historical and cultural context in which each covenant was made, as well as the theological implications of their differences. This book is a valuable resource for scholars and students of theology, as well as anyone interested in understanding the biblical covenants and their significance in the Christian faith. Hartzel's writing is clear and concise, making complex theological concepts accessible to readers of all backgrounds. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
