Rare, obscure volume of satirical discussions of political events, especially the attitude of the British ruling classes towards them. Presumably written by Whates, topics include The Armenian Genocide, relations with Germany and China and frequently the actions and opinions of Lord Salisbury. Well written and a deceptively insightful analysis of global politics. Spine is badly faded with small chip. Bumping to edges. Contents clean and sound. Fair/good.
