《伤寒论后条辨直解》，十五卷，清�程应施撰。本书又名《伤寒论后条辨》，分礼、乐、射、御、书、数六集。礼集包括张仲景自序，辨伤寒论五篇和王叔和序例贬伪，不计卷数。书后附《伤寒论》原本编次，《伤寒论条辨》编次和《伤寒论尚论篇》编次。程应施，字郊倩，其生卒年不详，一般认为多生活于清康熙年间。其门人王式钰于跋中，称其“生平著述甚富”，然今日易见者，唯有《医经句测》二卷、《伤寒论后条辨直解》十五卷和《伤寒论赘余》一卷等。程氏著《伤寒论后条辨直解》，攻王叔和过当，然其能不人云亦云，必究其所以然而实证叔和之失，观其“并不使人以莫须有议余也，其余彼之故为透迤荡漾者，余即姑与之为嬉笑怒骂，纵令言之者有过，而闻者是以戒，东方曼倩之谲谏存焉已”！其辩如此，亦可谅其为医道民命而矫枉过正之苦心矣！程氏于后世医家，颇推崇李东垣、薛立斋，而会心处在以“扶阳”二字悟仲景《伤寒论》之大旨，上契《内经》阴平阳秘之要义。程氏卓识超凡，以平脉法辨脉法为仲景《伤寒论》辨证论治之根抵，不似他家常割裂原书，偏重《伤寒论》六经条文，而条辨直解成一部完整研究仲景《伤寒论》的上乘之作。
