A SIAM distinguished lecturer, ACM national lecturer, IEEE distinguished scientist, and fellow of the IEEE, ACM, AAAS, and SDPS, Dr. Iyengar is the founding editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks. He is a world-class expert in computational aspects of sensor networks, data structures, and algorithms for various distributed applications. Richard R. Brooks is an associate professor of electrical and computer engineering at Clemson University.
