The Divine New Order is the autobiography of Gabriel of Sedona, a Level

Bright and Morning Star on our planet, he is the head administrator of
the Divine Government and the highest spiritual teacher/leader. He is
the repersonalized Peter, the apostle, and destined to be the human
Planetary Prince of our planet.
Gabriel is being used by celestial personalities to bring through the
Continuing Fifth Epochal Revelation that is a continuation of the 196
Papers of The URANTIA Book. These Papers, collectively known as The
Cosmic Family Volumes, are fundamental as a basis for understanding the
current state of our planet and our relationship to the cosmic community.
In 1972 Gabriel began a journey, a quest to discover ( or perhaps rediscover) himself, his spirituality and the changes to occur on our planet at the time of the shift from the third to fourth dimension. This is forecast to occur in the year 2000 or 2001.
