“The wish for healing has ever been the half of health.” —Hippolytus Most people are not likely to confront a fear, an uncomfortable emotion, or a stressful situation when it occurs. All these often result in increased stress and emotional pain. When our clients became more aware that they had a physical, emotional, or mental block, they asked us: “How can I [the client] resolve this?” Many of our clients are interested in simple remedies and exercises. They desired a safe tool that will help them cope with their problems. Our challenge was to devise a method to empower them within these parameters. Thus, we created the simple and unique technique we call Icon Code Therapy.
