Synopsis

Somehow, with the help of nosy student reporters, they must overcome their differences before it's too late. And if they don't...it won't just be a baseball game they lose. It will be their lives.

About the Author

Gregory Saur is the author of several novels for young readers including "Soccer Star" and "Royal Pains and Angels in the Outhouse". His novel "The Pond Scum Gang" was shortlisted for the Gertrude Warner Book Award for Middle Grade Readers in 2017. A native of Virginia, he has played in multiple championship games and won many, all on diving catches, and all in his imagination. He plans to continue his remarkable baseball career . . . as a writer.
