The Document (Paperback or Softback)

Are Some Secrets Worth Dying To Reveal?

What if there were a document so explosive that international powerbrokers would stop at nothing to conceal its existence? What if you knew this document could potentially end wars fought over religious differences? What if you found it? Would you be willing to risk your life to reveal it? If you did, the world would be forever changed...but you may never live to see it. Professor David Scribe faces this dilemma when he is sequestered by his President to check on their exchange students in Egypt. He lands only to find that his friend and colleague, Rabbi Matthew Rockman, has been brutally murdered in historic St. George's Church in Cairo during the shared Passover/Easter week. More perplexing is when Scribe learns that Rockman died while desperately trying to smuggle an ancient document out of Egypt the night of his death. At heart-stopping speed, Scribe races to discover the significance of a document worth killing for, all while avoiding the murderous fury of an assassin driven to protect the secret. Fast paced and cleverly constructed, The Document weaves together a tapestry of action, adventure, mystery, philosophy, and religion to satisfy the energetic reader...as well as those who suspect that things are not the way they appear to be.
