Enjoy this fantastic spin-off to the timeless classic series ASTERIX, translated and distributed for the first time in North America.
Dogmatix and his indomitable pals, Gluttonix, Stamina, Bantera, and Asmatix, are in for a treat. Or rather, they may become the treat when they face a fearsome lion in the colosseum! And speaking of treats, Dogmatix and Stamina are cooking up some mischief for the Romans. Add mushrooms and sausages and then let it stew! Plus, what happens when menhirs become all the rage in Rome?
One thing is certain - things are getting rocky, for sure!

About the Author
Cédric Bacconnier is known for Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir (2015), Mush-Mush & the Mushables (2020) and Ernest & Rebecca (2019).
Philippe Fenech is the artist of several children's and humor comics published by Soleil, Vents d'Ouest and Bamboo. Born in Montpellier, he studied between 1994 and 2000 and subsequently made the gag strip 'Requin Barjot' for his local newspaper. Between 2000 and 2002, he divided his time between working as a professor in drawing and cinema, and as a freelance artist for Hachette. He was responsible for several game pages published in the Disney publications published by Hachette. He also made the gag series 'Après La Classe' for these magazines, in cooperation with writer Dobbs.
David Etien was born in 1981 in the suburbs of Paris, where he still lives. Comic strips have always been the medium by which he wanted to express himself. After studying in Parisian art schools, he returned to Les Gobelins in 2002, where his training allowed him to work on animated feature films such as Persepolis and Lucky Luke.
Chas! Pangburn is an award-winning editor, writer, and letterer. He’s been fortunate to collaborate with publishers across the industry. In his free time, a Shiba Inu bosses him around for long walks throughout Cincinnati, Ohio.
