Doing and Saying the Right Thing: Professional Risk and Crisis Management

This book is as much a training manual as it is a guide to successful risk and crisis management. It has been developed out of the methodology of the SOCKO(tm) SYSTEM which has been the heart of the training program employed at the Centre for Training in Risk and Crisis Management in Toronto, Canada.
