Synopsis
In Dolls' House Decorating, you'll find 12 remarkable, perfectly-scaled rooms, each one based on a different theme - from historically accurate rooms such as a Shaker interior, to a highly imaginative, Egyptian-inspired bedroom, Monet's French Impressionist dining room, a Santa Fe-style store, and a room from an American settler's house are also among the stylish rooms featured. Each room displays the skill and imagination required to create a perfect miniature setting, from choosing the furnishings and deciding how to arrange them to decorating the room itself. Ingenious ways to customize, re-upholster, and stain miniature furnishings are also described. Wonderful full-colour photography provides further inspiration and guidance. Dolls' House Decorating will delight and inspire everyone who appreciates creative design and meticulous craftmanship.
