Reviews
What do cherries, tar, smoke, and pencil lead have in common? They can leave awful-to-get-out stains. Murphy's law states that the most hardened stains will be on your favorite jacket, chair, etc. Murphy didn't know Aslett, a professional cleaner, who has compiled this useful book. Aslett discusses avoiding stains, using common household items (peanut butter, toothpaste) to remove some stains, and standard supplies. He also gives detailed instructions on what to do about dozens of stains. Aslett has the answer to almost every stain question, including recognizing when something can't be rescued. Keep this book handy and read it before you need to use it. Recommended.
