She holds a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Widener University and a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Delaware.

Steffany Bane, a graduate of the University of Miami, holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Graphic Design. She received the Outstanding Acheivement in Advertising Award from the university's School of Communication.
